So we all agree the new lord of the rings show is completely unwanted and going to be fucking terrible right. So let’s do each other a favour and not acknowledge it at all. Like don’t even post about it to mock it and laugh at it or be mad about it. Don’t make me see it and I wont make you see it…agreed?
It would be hilarious if it released to as much notoriety as a straight to dvd discount d list movie in a gas station dvd bin.
So to summarize there is no new lord of the rings show coming out, that’s not real.

I’m at the point with this one that even hate watching via piracy is a no-no. I don’t want to know about it. I don’t want to see some meme mocking it. I don’t even want these promotional materials as shared as they have been.
Let this thing be as stillborn as it possibly could.
I wish I could be the same but knowing my family they’ll watch it. So I be getting told about it anyways. I think I’ll take the promo materials over having to watch it.
Tell them not to, and tell them why. Tell them how disrespectful and bad taste it is when they made major changes weeks after Christopher Tolkien, the last person who could veto their crap, died. Tell them that this shit is actively trying to spit on someone’s legacy and grave, and that it isn’t worth supporting.
It’s not hard to make the argument that this show directly supports bad people.
