Finding land is a good place to start cause house kits are cheap as hell, and usually come with everything you need, also looking for fixer uppers and older homes is good, and make sure you’re okay with middle of nowhere, I have multiple folders of listings for homes under 200k lots of lake, river and ocean lots.
