Ermiline’s final form; based on some myth and superstition on the Mustelidae family but mostly on the Weasel. And some monster designs revolve around the Weasel; such as the Raiju, and the Ramidreju except for the Tatezlwurm.
On her appearance; she was supposed to have a base color green like the Ramidreju but Grim Matchsticks has that color code. So I only took the snout and tusk instead. The horn, and bulging eyes are from this Raiju art piece here and several others sources (link). Finally the ferocious look came from the Tatzelwurm, a serpentine cat from parts of Europe.
The character came to be when there wasn’t any wolves, Foxes or Weasels present in the game, which they were mostly portrayed as the usual villains in old cartoons. The excessive fur was also based on a time when Fur coats rule the fashion spotlight.
Well that’s all I got; I haven’t given shape to her character or backstory yet, I want to give some time to think about it.
