so i know its been done before but, i made a design for the announcer. i was inspired by @circateas design and i really wanted to make my own. i chose to make him a loudspeaker, since everyone seems to be doing microphones., basically, before he sold his soul, he was a boxing ref. but the ring he worked at was threatening to close down, so he tried his luck at the devils casino to see if he could scrape up enough money to keep it open. and well, you can guess what happens next. the devil would probably have him follow cup and mug around to make sure they didnt cheat in battles (though, its not exactly like hes very loyal to the devil, so any “tricks” the brothers pull get swept under the rug.) he genuinely wants cuphead and mugman to succeed, and is all around a fairly pleasant guy : )
