Except, you know, Jesus didn’t HELP them sin. That’s the equivalent of being friends with a gay person even though you disagree with them.
Baking a gay wedding cake is more like buying drugs for an addict.
I’m sorry do you need cake to get married?? Oh wait no I’m sorry you don’t so there really isn’t a reason for not just getting over your feelings and take someone’s money and make them a cake. Which your little comparison isn’t accurate. If you buy drugs for an addict you are helping them with their problem yes however whether or not you do or do not bake a cake doesn’t impact the chances of that marriage happening. And I’m sorry I’m just gonna take a chance and assume that you think gay marriage takes away from the “sanctity of marriage” but that little sanctity has been taken away the second the first divorce was signed. So technically speaking Christians were the first to destroy the sanctity of marriage. You can add that to the list of “sins” that are selectively ignored.
If a cake is SO unimportant, then why are you so determined to force someone to make one? It’s a heck of a lot easier to just go somewhere else who will be happy to do it for you than to harass and abuse someone for not doing it.
And it’s a heck of a lot easier to just take the persons money and just make a cake. I shouldn’t have to find out who is gonna bake me a cake and who isn’t. And I’m not sure where you got the ideas of harassment, abuse, and force I just said how insignificant someone’s refusal to make a cake is as the marriage is gonna happen anyway. That doesn’t mean the cake is unimportant it means the persons refusal is unimportant. Now I am ready to talk about the rest of my argument or are you just gonna ignore that part too?
So the bottom line is you want people to be forced to do things they have a moral objection to.
Would you be okay with catering to a Christian’s pro-traditional-marriage event?
Should a Muslim be forced to serve pork or alcohol?
Should an artist who’s uncomfortable with NSFW material be forced to draw porn?
I’m not sure where you got the ideas of harassment, abuse, and force
All over something you call “insignificant”.
Now I am ready to talk about the rest of my argument or are you just gonna ignore that part too?
You mean the part where you assumed things about me in order to build up and tear down the most verbatim example of a strawman I’ve ever seen? I’m ignoring it because it’s simply irrelevant.
Sorry, but I’m not going to feed your fedora so I can watch you throw a trigger tantrum over the bible verses you took out of context.
My bottom line is people shouldn’t be acting on a moral that is based on bigotry and discrimination.
The people in the first article violated the law and yeah they were charged but from what I’ve been reading they’ve been able to raise funds for themselves despite that.
All of it could have been avoided if they just made the damn cake in the first place.
What I’ve been saying that is actually insignificant is the action of denying the making of a cake as the people who are making it aren’t getting in a same sex marriage and aren’t going to stop the marriage by denying them the cake. Nothing gets done by denying the cake.
Now the guys who had their mailbox broken and had been sent death threats fail in comparison towards the LGBT people who have been and are still being killed and kicked out of their homes by people because of this aggressive moral that religions back up.
So basically I’m saying I can’t feel bad for the family when those people seem to be in good health when the rest of LGBT population actually lose their lives just for being themselves.
And you know what my bad about that assumption it’s only because your views reflect rather closely to the people that claim the “homosexuality is a sin”Let’s dissect this bigot’s argument, shall we?
My bottom line is people shouldn’t be acting on a moral that is based on bigotry and discrimination.
Well that kind of leaves quite a few atheists and LGBT with nothing to do now doesn’t it?
The people in the first article violated the law and yeah they were charged
So it’s all about the law? Homosexuality was illegal only a year ago and you didn’t support that by telling LGBT to deal with it. You should know that just because the law says so doesn’t make it right. Forcing someone to do something is SLAVERY.
All of it could have been avoided if they just made the damn cake in the first place.
“Do what I say and nothing will happen to you”
You know what you sound like? A murderer ready to torture someone.
What I’ve been saying that is actually insignificant is the action of denying the making of a cake as the people who are making it aren’t getting in a same sex marriage and aren’t going to stop the marriage by denying them the cake. Nothing gets done by denying the cake.
Exactly, so why bother going to the trouble of forcing someone to do it when you can much more easily go to the bakery nextdoor? You sure treat it like not baking the cake is going to stop the marriage completely. We don’t care if you go somewhere else to get it. Better to lose a few bucks than to live in guilt. The wedding will still go on, and we don’t have to live with knowing we contributed to it. Sounds like a pretty fair deal to me, but apparently nothing is fair to atheiSJWs unless the other half is being punished for not agreeing wholeheartedly with their opinion.
Now the guys who had their mailbox broken and had been sent death threats fail in comparison towards the LGBT people who have been and are still being killed and kicked out of their homes by people because of this aggressive moral that religions back up.

HOLY FUCK AND HERE’S THE TRUE COLORS
“You deserve what happened to you because other people have it worse”. “It’s A-Okay to abuse Christians because they won’t worship my opinion and bake me a stupid little cake!”
Christophobe alert.
