Holy CRAP is that the March Hare’s likeness on there?! Does that mean that he/she might make an appearance?! 😀

This tweet is wrong, so let me just correct you here. Also, I will give you
my source first of all, since most people will probably reblogging this without giving it a second thought, nonetheless a google search.
The torch is not faked, but it was used in a protest. YES, A PROTEST. THIS IS NOT A PHOTO OF CHILDREN ABOUT TO BE BURNT.
As you can see the children in this photo, as well as the one above this one, are holding posters. What do these say?
“Stop the killing of children.”
The stunt was created by activists calling for atrocities committed by forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to be likened to those of ISIS.
The protest is trying to draw attention to the fact that many Syrians, including large numbers of children, are still dying because of government military action. So continue your debates about color-blindness and the dress, but still this doesn’t mean we should keep on with our lives thinking “Oh, they weren’t actually burnt, so I can feel better!”
Here are some places you can donate to HELP children in Syria, and also to spread awareness about the brutalities these children face;
