Species- Joint Snake

Class- Snake, Reptile, Undead, Fearsome Critter

Environment- forests, tall grass, arid regions, earth

The Joint snake appears as a normal snake typically a rattlesnake BUT the Joint snake is capable of putting the pieces of its body back together and recovering from almost any injury. this creature is told of in the tales of lumberjacks during nights of heavy drinking and attempts to scare newcomers.

However unlike most of creatures from these tales this one does need to be summoned through the world of imagination and dreams. its is  snake that has acquired these supernatural powers likely from high exposure to the magic naturally flowing through the environment. Joint snakes are also capable of stretching out there muscles and ligaments this allows them to surprise a foe by stretching a great distance and striking by surprise with a venomous bite.

another capability of the Joint snake is that if a piece should be missing say the end of their tail they can replace it with other animals body parts or even a knife. though they still need most of their organs in tact, in their body, and uncrushed though it is not unusual to see a joint snake made of  a chimerical mix of animal parts and objects I call these Chimera snakes and Junk snakes.
