on this picture we can see its up to about bruno’s hip (keep in mind that bruno is 5′4) so not that much off of the floor (we also know this as mirabel easily stepped over the wall part when she went through the secret passage)

given that we know this information now, and this might just be me over thinking about this (or he did a backflip or something), but i’m pretty sure when falling backwards into the walls like this, Bruno would have landed straight onto his shoulders/head
