Paris ‘Facebook terrorist’ pledged allegiance to ISIS prior to killing cop and his wife

This is a video of the terrorist that killed a police officer and his wife in Paris yesterday pledging allegiance to ISIS. He streamed his crime on Facebook for some of his followers, the 11+ minute video shows him sitting by the terrified boy and saying he was “unsure what to do with him yet”, among other things.

During the negotiations the man told police he did this in name of ISIS and that ISIS asked him to “kill unbelievers in their homes in front of their families.”
The man was shot and a list of targets found on him, consisting mainly of police people, journalists, politicians and even rappers, all by name. Neighbors heard the man scream “Allahu Akhbar”, yet police state they are “investigating whether he had ties to ISIS”, despite having been on a watchlist, convicted for planning a terrorist attack and being found in the network of known jihadists AND DESPITE OF ISIS RELEASING THE SAME VIDEO HE STREAMED ON FACEBOOK TO HIS PERSONAL CONTACTS.
