god can you imagine being the dude who discovered that the hotel mario theme is a ripoff of some random background music from the 1949 little women movie, like you’re presumably forced to watch this shitass old timey movie you don’t want to watch and then in the middle of some insignificant dance scene a familiar tune creeps into the background and after years of watching hundreds of youtube poops you’ve been conditioned to recognize this tune anywhere but you NEVER thought you’d hear it in a movie from 1949 and the world starts spinning around you and you don’t know if this is real or a dream or some sort of elaborate hoax or a government psyop or if your life has actually been a computer simulation this entire time
