“But without faith it is
impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he
is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.“

This is what kind of confused me when people say “God loves everybody”. How can anyone love someone who’s against everything they are, and shows no sign of showing affection back? I believe God loved everyone enough to offer a way to Him through Jesus Christ and wants to see people saved. But if someone is constantly tearing Him and His people down, how can He fully love them?

First, accept that Jesus is the Christ, and show that you truly desire a deeper connection by seeking it.

Second, go into the Word for yourself and pray for understanding. Pray for the right people to be sent to you.

Third, shape your life to match what God asks for. This requires an in-depth study of the Word. Analyze it the best you can. Ask for help from true believers, ask God for guidance, and DON’T BE AFRAID TO CHANGE.
