( No Title )
Let’s just see how this goes, Obviously I would. But how many DP fans are still left out there wanting more?
EDIT – Wow it’s amazing to see how many reblogs this is getting so far!. It’s touching to see that the Fandom still lives after all this time and is hungry for more!.
this phandom is less dead than Danny is, yo
Yo not a continuation. A reboot.
A clean, non Hartman slate
Imagine actual series continuity and character development that doesn’t suddenly derail in one season. Imagine where the solution to stopping an old family friend turned villain was to help him rather than banish him to die in space. Imagine if Vlad had been more cunning and hadn’t revealed who he was or his intentions right away. Imagine more involvement with characters like Mr. Lancer, Dash, Valerie, Dani, Vlad, Spectra, Freakshow, Clockwork, and more than a single TV movie to explore Danny’s evil future self. Imagine Danny having fears and reoccurring nightmares of his parents finding out and not accepting him, of the Guys in White capturing him and experimenting on him, of his evil future self and how his ghost half killed his human half. Fears he keeps to himself to not worry anyone. Fears like not being able to control his ghost half and one day turning on everyone or wondering if he’s been dead the whole time and he’s just pretending to be alive. Imagine experiencing all these fears with the stress of saving an entire town every night and losing sleep trying to get through high school. Imagine feeling all these emotions along side all the characters. Imagine more depth and conflict with Valerie’s love/hate relationship with Danny. Imagine actually seeing an episode of Valerie finding out that Phantom and the boy she dated were one and the same and how that would affect her. Imagine if Danny’s parents actually notice Danny’s bruises and cuts and learn about the bullying at school. Imagine young Danny breaking school beakers because he can’t control his powers getting stronger and discovering himself day by day and growing into a confident hero the world can count on. Imagine if the focus was the story itself rather than the joke of the day.
