So I decided to join the bandwagon, and make a cuphead OC!
He is a radio, that is a radio host. (He covers almost everything from stories, jokes, news, and music. Sorta like a fireside but cancel out a lot of the politics.)
He is a dork but thinks he is cool with his slightly oversized clothing.
