Overall, I thought this scene was pretty weak and not funny.  But there were two things I did really appreciate about it:

1.  The fact that Shaggy still says like, but at least has the presence of mind to pronounce it in a French accent.  "Lahhhk…“  Hilarious.

2.  The fact that everyone except Daphne–i.e., including Velma–is wearing a moustache.
