Okay, but those are the tourist displays. And they’re just cones coated with spices, not actual spice cones. If you go to the places where we actually shop (souks, etc), spices are very logically and practically stored.
The dichotomy between Tourist Morocco and Actual Morocco is very big and never ceases to baffle me.
