Seriously what has the world come to
This tweet is wrong, so let me just correct you here. Also, I will give you
my source first of all, since most people will probably reblogging this without giving it a second thought, nonetheless a google search.
The torch is not faked, but it was used in a protest. YES, A PROTEST. THIS IS NOT A PHOTO OF CHILDREN ABOUT TO BE BURNT.
As you can see the children in this photo, as well as the one above this one, are holding posters. What do these say?
“Stop the killing of children.”
The stunt was created by activists calling for atrocities committed by forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to be likened to those of ISIS.
The protest is trying to draw attention to the fact that many Syrians, including large numbers of children, are still dying because of government military action. So continue your debates about color-blindness and the dress, but still this doesn’t mean we should keep on with our lives thinking “Oh, they weren’t actually burnt, so I can feel better!”
Here are some places you can donate to HELP children in Syria, and also to spread awareness about the brutalities these children face;

I’ve been putting together a ton of good information and tutorials up on my website in the Doll Clothes section. First up is a table of all the Ever After High dolls’ measurements.
As you can see, the girls all share the same arm and torso, the only real difference is the legs. This means that that they can all share clothes, except maybe for pants. Good to know!
Very helpful to fans wanting to make clothes for their dolls!
YES!

I hate that Mattel creates such a great outfits and hairstyles for characters in the webisode, but it can’t make them right on dolls, like
Lagacy Day outfits for Ashlynn and Cerise or Dexter’s hair.

Thank you.
Honestly, I don’t think you should worry so much about sizes, you should work with settings you are comfortable with. I usually work with big sizes because it makes it easier to draw details. Also because you cant resize an image to become bigger, well you can make it bigger…but you lose quality when you do so. So to draw at a big size and resize it to become smaller is more convenient than drawing small and trying to make it bigger.
As for the brush size, it should depend on what size you are working on to begin with. The more you draw, the more you will start to understand that brushsizes needs to vary depending on how big you are drawing things, what style you do and what size something is in comparison to something else.
And yes, I do use Photoshop, but when I draw and color, I usually just use Painttool Sai. It is awesome for that, but lacks photoshops ability to create filters and special brushes. That’s the odd thing about these programs, there are many which are good and can do a lot, but each program seem to miss something that another program do have, so you often would need more than one program. Not that good art can’t be made in only one program, you easily can, but it is helpful to have a second one.
I agree with the details it. I ask because I made the mistake of making images too small; so if you zoomed in even a little beyond 100%, the lines would get blurry to soon. As for brushes, I hear a lot about SAI but don’t have it. How do I get it?
Thanks for the info anyway! 🙂
Thank you.
