you know when i was drawin those i didnt realize how many species of opossums there were, like a bunch of em that i had no idea about because theres only one kind in north america ( the virginia opossum )

BUT theres so many of them everywhere else ! like water opossums, which have webbed hind feet and pouches on both males and females

and the patagonian opossum, which has a small clubbed tail that gets really thick during the winter and lives only in one specific region of argentina

and a ton of different mouse opossums thatre all super small ( and sometimes really hard to tell apart from each other )

the one below is called the woolly mouse opossum and its an ADULT its never gettin any bigger
