Totally serious enemies guys. Don’t mind their changing clothes. 😗I was practicing traditional inking and digital coloring in order to see how good it looked. While I feel the lineart is better, the quality is less than digital. I might just scan in sketches and ink digitally after all. :/ (Digital linearts are the lower ones in case you can’t tell.) Edit: Actually, now that I look at it, it’s not bad.

Just more pics of my lovely faves from the show.
The original Super 4 belongs to Morgen Studios and Method Animation.
I love creature design! Terryl Whitlatch (designer of Star Wars creatures) and Tony Diterlizzi (artist of The Spiderwick Chronicles) both inspired me heavily, even to this day with their execution of creature design.
This is a Vuirma, a horse/lion/cat hybrid. I even it’s vine-shaped markings aid to help it blend in either grassy or jungle biomes.
Legend has it, that there be feral elves here…
Woo! Finally done! I redid Dr. X’s design again. I also took to calling him Emperor Electric. :/ Meh. @tokyo-miaou-miaou
HEY! A WIP! I know it’s been a long time since I posted anything. The site is still in the works, and I’m juggling work and college. Hopefully when college is out for this semester, things’ll pick up! I wonder what Gene is facing? :0
Since I slept out on most of February, I want to make up for all the lost
days of the Fairyary challenge. So here’s day 2, Shell! I skipped day
one since I technically did a bubble fairy as a Super 4 character
redesign, but I think I’ll go back some time later.
Despite how this site may try, I’m not dead.
This was perhaps the most ambitious project I’ve done thus far. Normally I suck at backgrounds, but thought I’d try it out. I THINK IT WAS WORTH IT! XD I did my own take on Gunpowder Island/my own pirate island. It was supposed to start out as a thumbnail, but then my muse took over and now here we are. 😐
C’est la vie!
Some more pirates ‘cause why not?! 😀 While all three are based off
of background pirates, I felt like I changed them so much in appearance
and personality, that they might as well be different characters anyway.
So I changed their names and made them a small family.
Armand is
the best tailor on Gunpowder Island! Which is an easy title to have when
you’re the only one on it. He’s the weary father of Urchie and Flint,
(as well seven daughters) who’re born at the same time. Flint tends to
take care of himself and values his appearance, while Urchie couldn’t
care less if you paid him. Of course Flint can still be as dense as his
brother despite how he carries himself– much to their father’s dismay.
While Armand loves all his children, his son’s frequent ventures with
Sharkbeard leave him frustrated– and a little worried. He wonders if
some day they may not come home…
